Mr Khudoliy has over 30 years of corporate management experience with leading industrial and mining companies in Russia and the CIS. He previously held the position of Executive Director with Yakutugol, a coal-mining enterprise based in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

Mr Khudoliy has also held a number of senior management positions with oil and gas companies, and in the industrial sector.

Mr Abduganiev has over 25 years of experience in the consulting and financial sectors in Russia and the CIS. He joined the Group in September 2023 as the Group CFO and also holds a number of other positions within the Group, including seats on board of directors for subsidiary entities.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr Abduganiev has worked as the first deputy of the CEO for the largest operator of regional airports in Russia.

He previously held the positions at financial services group and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr Kishkinskiy has over 15 years of experience in the financial and mining sectors. Joining the Group in 2007, Mr Kishkinskiy has been the Group’s Head of Strategy, Planning, and Business Development since 2014. He also holds a number of other positions within the Group, including seats on board of directors for subsidiary entities.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr Kishkinskiy worked for RUSAL in various positions related to investment and corporate finance. He also oversaw RUSAL’s international alumina assets (QAL in Australia and Euroalumina in Italy).

Degree in Financial Management from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation

Mrs. Gorshkova was born in 1960 in Kazakhstan and has a higher education in the field of chemical and biological industry technologies (Russian Biotechnological University ROSBIOTECH, Moscow) and a business degree in organizing the business activities in new markets (Phoenix School of Management, Phoenix, Arizona).

She is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of business experience in the chemical, commercial real estate and healthcare industries.

Irina Gorshkova is a member of the Board of directors of GPM Gold and Neo Metals Holding Limited (UAE) and oversees the companies’ efforts to capture new markets in the Middle East and Africa.

Irina Gorshkova is a strong advocate for providing business education to ladies from Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia because she believes that female entrepreneurs can change lives in communities. She also sponsors scholarships through charity for young females willing to be professionally involved in business and change people's lives for the better.

Mr Gogotin has over 45 years of operating experience in the mining sector. Between 2011 and 2015, he held the position of Technical Director with GPM Gold. Prior to this, he served as Director of Aktobe Copper Company between 2003 and 2011, and General Director of Aleksandrinskaya Mining Company between 1999 and 2003. During the 1990s, Mr Gogotin worked for the Uchalinskiy Mining and Processing Plant, rising from Deputy Chief Engineer for Mining Operations to become Director of the Uzelginsky mine.
